Value of the Bitcoin

Bitcoins can be used for many things.  Some of the places they can be used are:
  • Restaurants
  • Venues
  • Shopping
  • Trade Market
btcAccepted
Many of the rich are people who have established themselves into the world of bitcoins.  The top address on the list holds an amazing value of $2.85 million.  This is with the exchange rate currently at $6.50 per BTC.  The problem that has arisen with the use of bitcoins however is the transferring of bitcoin value into amounts that reach $10 million or more when involved in trade settlement.  Some people believe that the use of bitcoin is not a currency at all but a gamble.  They believe that bitcoins are unstable and unpredictable due to the problem in transferring it into cash currency.  They also have these beliefs because of the fluctuating value that bitcoins prevail.  Something may be a certain amount today but three times as much two days later.  There are an estimated amount of 11 million bitcoins in circulation now (More info).  It is believed that this circulation will stop when the number reaches to 21 million.  One good thing is bitcoins are almost not possible to counterfeit but even if they are hacked there is no officials or department of justice who can help you to retrieve them.  There are many government agencies that have taken an interest in bitcoins.  One of these agencies is the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network who stated that no matter if it is bitcoins or currency that all must abide by the same rules and record-keeping as all the others.  Financers on the internet who use bitcoins are looking out for this type of digital currency to reach national laws so that it will be out of the reach of the Government.  Will this happen?  We don’t know but one thing is the bitcoin is on the rise.

Virtual teams: 5 Things You Need to Know

Internet use has fueled the growth of virtual teams, consisting of people who work remotely and use information technology to communicate and collaborate.
Virtual teams are a new modality in the organization and management of work since so far, the teams were on-site and the work was done in a shared space, or there was a physical operational base.
Professionals and companies can leverage the opportunities offered by virtual teams to work on them, so as to create and manage them.
Learn in just 5 points all the information you need to know about virtual teams:
1. There is no need for large financial investment
Hiring a team of virtual professionals in order to open or expand your business, will allow you to avoid all the costs involved in opening an office such as renting a space and purchasing equipment and materials.
2. They are of great help to expand business
A virtual team can consist of people living in different countries, and through each of these virtual professionals, your business can have access to different markets worldwide.
3. It is possible to have a virtual office just with a computer program
With collaborative software programs or “groupware”, members of a virtual team can work on a common project from various locations, share information and communicate among themselves.
4. Create jobs
Virtual professionals are free to work from wherever they want, and this allows people with limited transportation or family responsibilities to access to the labor market. Additionally, virtual team manager is becoming a profession more and more common.
5. Help to protect the environment
Without a physical office where to go, workers do not have to use public or private transport, reducing gas emissions. It is also not necessary to purchase equipment and materials such as paper, since virtual teams communicates online.
In LibertàGià, our affiliates network works as a virtual team, which promotes economic and geographic expansion of the business, contributing to job creation and environmental stewardship.

5 Tips for Working leadership image on the Internet

With the big boom of social networks, personal relationships are more exposed in the virtual world. The online behavior can even interfere positively or negatively your job and career.
Thus, personal internet marketing is gaining more importance, especially for those who take or intend to take leadership positions based on a good reputation and credibility.
So we give you five tips to work efficiently your professional leadership image on the internet, using social networks.
1 – Identify your skills and abilities:
First, you need to know what your real goals and interests. Where do you want to get to? If you want to be a team leader and work your image on the Internet as such, understand that everything will depend on your skills and capabilities.
Identify and work on them, exalting them. Developing your best features is always more advantageous than if you promote yourself doing something that you are not naturally good at.
2 – Create editorial lines:
Whether on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or even blogs, always think your editorial guidelines. If you want to work your image as a leader, creating a serious and credible reputation, you should be cohesive in what you post, share or disclose.
A leader who, for example, works his motivational image on the Internet, but shares information about rising unemployment and economic crisis is inconsistent in the image she/he wants to convey.
If you want to develop your professional image online, you need to understand that in social networks you can not have an amateur or an entertainment connotation. Accept it as a job.
3 – Do not “sell” what does not exist:
There is a huge difference between praise your good points and invent them. On the internet you can lie about skills and abilities, but remember that your image as a leader in the virtual world is always connected to the real world.
Accept the consequences of selling a false leadership image online. In 2012, for example, the former CEO of Yahoo, Scott Thompson, was fired after the discovery of a lie on his resume.
4 – Think about your friends, fans and followers
When you decide to work your online image, understand that you are also creating an audience. This makes you responsible for all content that decide to publish in social networks or blogs.
So much more than just talk about you, your work and your life, also provide content that will help your target audience in some way. Disclose courses, events,  tips and phrases of leadership and related news.
5 – Online Interaction
If you publish in the Internet, you are exposed to praise, but also criticisms. Be prepared for this. After all, no one can please everyone, especially on the Internet, where users have great power of opinion and are keen to use it.
Interacting with your audience is extremely important. People are not obliged to review your content and if they do, it is because they have been touched in some way. Be sure to answer them.
In cases of positive comments or questions, thank or try to solve the issues raised. Even in negative cases, try to always use the most diplomatic way and emotional intelligence.

Get to know 3 advantages of cloud computing

Cloud computing, is so named because the information and user data are stored in “clouds”, ie on large servers that can be accessed over the internet.
Therefore, we list three advantages of cloud technology for personal and business users:
1 – Access the data from anywhere and any device:
Having access to your information and digital data no longer depends on a restricted computing environment, and can be accessed anywhere, providing there is internet.
For both, personal and business users, cloud technology allows freedom of access, regardless of location and without synchronizations of removable media, like flash drives or external drives.
In the era of mobile devices, the access to data in the “cloud”  is also not limited to personal computers, but can be accessed through tablets, mobile phones and other devices in the majority of the services with internet.
2 – File security
Who has not lost digital photographs or personal files that were stored on external drives, flash drives, CD’s or even the computer that has just crashed?
A major advantage of cloud storage is that it is not dependent on personal physical devices, which are always subject to damage and wearing down.
In cloud computing, your personal and professional data is stored in large, multiple servers, which eliminate the risk of data loss.
3 – Save time and money:
One of the big advantages of cloud technology is the optimization of time. The personal process of updating softwares and hardware maintenance by the users are spared. Updates are made automatically, without user intervention.
In the majority of cases, users do not even need to worry about compatibility of hardware or even operating systems, being able to access their data regardless of that .
In the business world, saving time also means saving money. Systems for cloud computing, as a rule, offer free software and applications, economizing, above working time also expenses with user licenses. In case of paid software, the big advantage is the possibility to buy software licenses only for the time of using the resources.
Finally, for companies, renting storage space on large servers with cloud technology can be cheaper than investing in their own infrastructure and subsequent maintenance of the servers.
LibertàGià offers its affiliates a storage service in the cloud via the website http://livebx.com/login.php.

What will happen if all Bitcoins are mined?

That is a question that many critics, and even those within the community often ask. There is in fact a short easy answer to this, but that short answer leads to deeper questions. Some of the deeper questions include; will mining be profitable, will Bitcoin even exist, and does this put the currency in danger?

The answer to this short answer is this. Basically, Bitcoins could still run in circulation. But odds are that using incredibly small decimal points of Bitcoins will be more practical, and miners will only be paid on transaction fees. That answer of course leads to some to some questions, questions that have no answers at this point.

So, if Bitcoin miners are only paid by transactions how will the Bitcoin mining landscape change? As stated above, there is no definitive answer but there are some logical possibilities. This could suggest that there will be far less miners it could all suggest that transaction fees will go up and it could mean both. One of the great things about Bitcoin is the low transaction fees so at what point is market equilibrium? In other words how much will transaction fees have to be to render the Bitcoin worthless? It is easy to see where this going, every answer leads to another question.

It will be quite sometime before all Bitcoins are mined, which easily makes one think that Bitcoin will cease to exist before all Bitcoins reach circulation. With the young age of the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general, we do not have near enough data to know what Bitcoin could actually be. The honest truth is, Bitcoin is at a point where it could die off in the near future. I know that might seem ridiculous given how bullish some have been on Bitcoin it is very reasonable to assume it is just another bubble. Let's assume now that Bitcoin isn't a bubble and it turns out to have real long-term value. That would be fantastic! But all that does is prove the concept. Technology grows exponentially; there will be other successful alternative currencies.

Perhaps you are reading this and thinking, "I'm not going near cryptocurrency it is too uncertain." Don't be so alarmed, every currency is uncertain and could at any point be deemed useless. It was only several hundred years ago when salt was a common currency. People will trade and barter what is of value at the time. No currency will live long in terms of human history regardless of how stable you believe one currency to be. Even date back to when we used gold as currency or to back currency it is people that gave it value. Nothing is of value on its own, a society or government has to give it value. If you have a whole bunch of salt today saved up and tried to use it as currency today, you couldn't. You would just have a whole bunch of salt. You don't want to be the guy with all the salt in ten years from now, and cryptocurrencies might not be the future but they are for right now!

Bitcoin Mining Hardware

CPU's: In the beginning, mining with a CPU was the only way to mine bitcoins. Mining this way via the original Satoshi client is how the bitcoin network started. This method is no longer viable now that the network difficulty level is so high. You might mine for years and years without earning a single coin.
GPU's: Soon it was discovered that high end graphics cards were much more efficient at bitcoin mining and the landscape changed. CPU bitcoin mining gave way to the GPU (Graphical Processing Unit). The massively parallel nature of some GPUs allowed for a 50x to 100x increase in bitcoin mining power while using far less power per unit of work. While any modern GPU can be used to mine, the AMD line of GPU architecture turned out to be far superior to the nVidia architecture for mining bitcoins and the ATI Radeon HD 5870 turned out to be the most cost effective choice at the time.
FPGA's: As with the CPU to GPU transition, the bitcoin mining world progressed up the technology food chain to the Field Programmable Gate Array. With the successful launch of the Butterfly Labs FPGA 'Single', the bitcoin mining hardware landscape gave way to specially manufactured hardware dedicated to mining bitcoins. While the FPGAs didn't enjoy a 50x - 100x increase in mining speed as was seen with the transition from CPUs to GPUs, they provided a benefit through power efficiency and ease of use. A typical 600 MH/s graphics card consumed upwards of 400w of power, whereas a typical FPGA mining device would provide a hashrate of 826 MH/s at 80w of power. That 5x improvement allowed the first large bitcoin mining farms to be constructed at an operational profit. The bitcoin mining industry was born.
ASIC's: The bitcoin mining world is now solidly in the Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) era. An ASIC is a chip designed specifically to do one thing and one thing only. Unlike FPGA's, an ASIC cannot be repurposed to perform other tasks. An ASIC designed to mine bitcoins can only mine bitcoins and will only ever mine bitcoins. The inflexibility of an ASIC is offset by the fact that it offers a 100x increase in hashing power while reducing power consumption compared to all the previous technologies. For example, a good bitcoin miner like the Monarch from Butterfly Labs provides 600 GH/s (1 Gigahash is 1000 Megahash. 1 GH/s = 1000 MH/s) while consuming 350w of power. Compared to the GPU era, this is an increase in hashrate and power savings of nearly 300x. (Calculate the earnings of any bitcoin mining hardware device using this bitcoin mining calculator).
Bitcoin mining hardware list: Mining hardware comparison
Unlike all the previous generations of hardware preceding ASIC, ASIC is the "end of the line" when it comes to disruptive technology. CPUs were replaced by GPUs which were in turn replaced by FPGAs which were replaced by ASICs. There is nothing to replace ASICs now or even in the immediate future. There will be stepwise refinement of the ASIC products and increases in efficiency, but nothing will offer the 50x - 100x increase in hashing power or 7x reduction in power usage that moves from previous technologies offered. This makes power consumption on an ASIC device the single most important factor of any ASIC product, as the expected useful lifetime of an ASIC mining device is longer than the entire history of bitcoin mining. It is conceivable that an ASIC device purchased today would still be mining in two years if the device is power efficient enough and the cost of electricity does not exceed it's output. Mining profitability is also dictated by the exchange rate, but under all circumstances the more power effecient the mining device, the more profitable it is.
